Hadith in Arabic

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِيُحَدِّثُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ ّرَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذِهِ الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ،‏‏‏‏ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ،‏‏‏‏ إِلَّا السَّامَ .

Hadith in Urdu

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم اس کالے دانے کا استعمال پابندی سے کرو اس لیے کہ اس میں سوائے موت کے ہر مرض کا علاج ہے ۔

Hadith in English

It was narrated that ‘Uthman bin ‘Abdul-Malik said: “I heard Salim bin ‘Abdullah narrating from his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘You should eat this black seed, for in it there is healing from every disease, except the Sam (death).’” .
