234 - (494) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ، عَنْ إِيَادٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا سَجَدْتَ، فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ»

حضرت براء رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : جب تم سجدہ کرو تو اپنی ہتھیلیاں ( زمین پر ) رکھو اور اپنی کہنیاں اوپر اٹھاؤ

Al-Bira' (b. 'Azib) reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said. When you prostrate yourself, place the palms of your hands on the ground and raise your elbows. .
