حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً . ح .

ہم سے ابوعاصم نے ابن جریج سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے سلیمان بن یسار نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے اور ان سے فضل بن عیاض رضی اللہ عنہم نے کہ ایک خاتون۔۔۔ ( حدیث نمبر 1854 دیکھیں )

Hadith in English

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: A woman from the tribe of Khath'am came in the year (of ,Hajjat-al-Wada` of the Prophet ) and said, O Allah's Apostle! My father has come under Allah's obligation of performing Hajj but he is a very old man and cannot sit properly on his Mount. Will the obligation be fulfilled if I perform Hajj on his behalf? The Prophet replied in the affirmative. .
